Dorothy Jerse is the oldest member of our congregation. Her topic is “On Becoming Old-Old,” a discussion of the lives of those aged 85 and older. . Dorothy was curator of the Vigo County Historical Society and then executive director of the Terre Haute YWCA. A free-lance writer, she is a former Tribune-Star columnist and the author and/or co-author of seven local history books.
